REFUND POLICY

At Plush Celebration, we take pride in our custom-made, pre-order, and ready-to-wear fashion products. Due to the personalized nature of our products, our refund and return policies vary by product type:

1. Custom-Made & Pre-Order Items

  • All custom-made and pre-order items are made specifically for you.

  • Refunds are not available once production has started.

  • Exchanges or alterations may be offered only if there is a defect or error made by Plush Celebration.

  • Customers are encouraged to review designs, measurements, and details carefully before confirming orders.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items

  • Ready-to-wear items can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the item was defective or incorrectly shipped.

3. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If an item arrives defective or damaged, please contact us immediately at info.plushcelebration@gmail.com with photos and a description of the issue.

  • We will offer a replacement, repair, or full refund at our discretion.

4. Media & Promotions

  • Any items featured in promotional photos or videos can be requested for removal at any time by contacting us. This does not affect order refunds but ensures client comfort with their media being used online.
