  • Made-to-Order: Custom orders require a consultation and are created specifically for you. Lead times may vary depending on design complexity and fabric availability.

  • Ready-to-Wear: Items are produced in advance and shipped upon order confirmation. Sizes are standard; returns or exchanges are subject to our Return Policy.

  • Pre-Order: Previously designed pieces can be recreated to your measurements. Customers may also submit sample inspirations via info.plushcelebration@gmail.com for a price quotation.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment must be completed in full prior to production or shipping. Plush Celebration accepts the payment methods listed at checkout.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Plush Celebration ships products within Canada and internationally. Delivery times may vary based on location, customs, and shipping service. Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Exchanges
