1. Custom-Made & Pre-Order Items

Within Canada: Shipping is free for all custom-made and pre-order items.
International Orders: Customers outside Canada will be contacted regarding shipping fees once the order is ready. Fees will be calculated based on destination, weight, and shipping method.

2. Ready-to-Wear Items

Shipping costs for ready-to-wear items are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and selected shipping option.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

Custom-Made & Pre-Order: Production times vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and client specifications. Customers will receive an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.
Ready-to-Wear: Items are shipped next business day after payment is confirmed and will include tracking information.

4. Address & Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Plush Celebration is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses or customs clearance for international orders.

5. Tracking & Communication
