1. Ready-to-Wear, Custom-Made & Pre-Order Items

       Shipping is free for all orders .​​

2. Extras/Accessories

• Shipping is free if bought with either RTW, Custom-made or preorder items.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time

• Custom-Made & Pre-Order: Production times vary depending on design complexity, fabric availability, and client specifications. Customers will receive an estimated delivery date upon order confirmation.

• Ready-to-Wear: Items are shipped next business day after order is confirmed and will include tracking information.

4. Address & Responsibility

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. Plush Celebration is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect addresses or customs clearance for international orders.

5. Tracking & Communication

All shipped orders will include tracking information. Customers are encouraged to monitor their shipment and contact us with any delivery concerns at info@plushcelebration.ca
